VPS, along with community partners LSW Architects and Community Foundation for SW Washington submitted a proposal to the city of Vancouver to construct a mixed use development in downtown Vancouver on Block 10 called “Vancouver Commons.” The city ultimately chose another proposal for Block 10’s development.
